Return and Exchange

At Sanvika by Swati Das, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for return (unless defective).

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Sale / clearance items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items without original tags or packaging

3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos and an unboxing video as proof.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong product received
  • Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or refund.

5. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Email us at sanvikabyswatidas@gmail.com with your:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Product photos (if applicable)
  • Our team will respond with instructions.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.
Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error is from our side).

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
