At Sanvika by Swati Das, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping process and timelines.

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery timelines:

• Within India: 4–7 business days
• Remote locations: 6–10 business days
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on purchases above INR 999.
• A flat shipping fee of INR 100 will be charged on orders below INR 999, irrespective
• of the number of items purchased.
  Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via email or SMS with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

5. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery:

• Incorrect address
• Package marked delivered but not received
• Damaged package
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery notification.

6. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.

7. Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeline, Sanvika by Swati Das is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier partner issues
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
